Why do I keep looking for validation & Appreciation from outside – spouse, kids, parents, bosses, colleagues, neighbours and even strangers.
As a kid every time every appreciation created in me a hunger in me for more appreciation.
Over time I created a meaning that I am not by default good, but I need to do good to be appreciated.
The more I tried to feed it with acknowledgement from outside, the more the hunger grew.
When I can be with the person in the mirror and love who sees back - that is self-love. This Self Love results in Expanded productivity, confidence, removes fear of judgement reduces anxiety, fear, worryand an overall relaxed space…
This results in my vibrations rising… and thus allows faster healing.
