Shift the Vibrations...

Every morning I wake up, thoughts of things that need to be done take over...


Kids, school, breakfast, work, growth, webinars, pending things from the day before...


Intentionally I lay back and close my eyes... And bring up a happy memory and play it out... I smile and get lost in that memory...

I allow it to play in my head for 1-2 minutes...


Then again I open my eyes and somehow all the tasks seem easier, and the worry and stress in the background vanishes...


This is how I shift my vibrations...
